This BDS front shock is a FOX Performance Series 2.0 IFP unit. The internal floating piston keeps the shock oil apart from the nitrogen-charged gas chamber, which stops oil aeration, and FOX and BDS custom valve each application to suit BDS Suspension systems.

Fit it with a BDS 2 to 3in lift kit and the JK gets damping tuned to that setup.
