A state that requires a front plate leaves a winch-equipped AEV front bumper with nowhere good to put one. This kit mounts the plate on a hawse fairlead with no modifications to the bumper or the fairlead, and the plate comes off quickly and stows inside the vehicle when the winch is needed.
