A stock diff cover on a JK sits low and takes the hits, and a dented or peeled cover can mean lost gear oil far from town. Checking fluid level on a Dana 44 often turns into guesswork with a dipstick.

The AEV Differential Cover is cast from high-strength nodular iron for the front and rear Dana 44 axles in the 2007-2018 JK. It has two fluid level ports placed to factory spec for front and rear, a reinforced bottom edge with recessed hardware, and an oversized fill port on top that doubles as an inspection port for checking ring gear teeth, looking for water or using a dial indicator without pulling the cover.

Bolt it on, fill to the correct port, and axle service on the trail gets simpler.
