Shocks wear out, and a JK on the AEV 2.5in DualSport XT suspension rides on Bilstein units tuned to match that system's coils. A generic replacement throws the balance off.

This set of four Bilstein 5100 shocks is the AEV service part for the 2.5in XT system, so the front and rear go back to the matched setup the suspension was built around. Swap them in at all four corners and the ride returns to where it started.
