Jeep Wrangler JK 4-Door 2007-2018, TeraFlex Nebo Roof Rack Cargo Slat Kit, 6-Piece, Black

Two rails alone do not make a roof rack. Bikes, boxes and carriers need a platform, and strapping them to bare rails is slow and uneven.

The TeraFlex Nebo 6-Piece Cargo Slat Kit supplies it. Each extruded aluminum slat has four 10-series T-slots and a wide center slot for mounting existing carriers and racks, and composite supports include loop attachment for bungee cargo nets. The kit is rated for 850 lb static and 200 lb dynamic load.

Bolt the slats to the Nebo Main Rail Kit and load up. Popular sport equipment carriers mount directly, without a crossbar.

Notes

• Requires the JK 4-Door Nebo Roof Rack Main Rail Kit (black 4722010, silver 4722000), which requires drilling into the factory hardtop.
• Equipment carriers attach to the main rails, the slats, or by mounting the carrier's cross bars to the main rails. Adapters from the carrier maker (Thule, Yakima and others) are usually needed.
