Jeep Cherokee XJ 1997-2001, TeraFlex Emergency Brake Cable, Right-Hand Info & Specs

A rear disc brake conversion needs an emergency brake cable that fits the new calipers. This TeraFlex right-hand cable is made for the XJ with 59in of outer housing and 2.5in of inner cable to the splitter. It works only with the TeraFlex Disc Brake Kit or factory Jeep disc brake kits after 2003, not with stock drum brakes. Order two for a full axle. Fit it to the disc brake kit and the parking brake holds again.
