On a Ranger with a 5ft bed, every inch of cargo space has a job, and an open bed leaves that gear exposed to weather, dust and anyone walking past the trailhead lot.

The RSI SmartCap EVOa Adventure closes it in with automotive-grade stainless steel, built as five modular pieces and rated for 330 lb while driving and 770 lb parked. Solid double-walled Gullwing doors lift on each side for reach into the bed, with MOLLE panels on the inside for straps and pouches. Integrated roof rails take SmartCap racks or load bars, and the positive pressure vent keeps road dust from settling on the load.

Bolt it together on the truck, connect the third brake light harness and pack the bed. When a tall load needs the space, the cap comes off in about 15 minutes.
