An F-150 that heads off road alone needs a way to pull itself out, and the winch needs a solid place to live. The Westin HDX Winch Mount Grille Guard combines a one-piece steel grille guard, welded headlight guards, a full punch plate grille and 2in tube wraparound wings with a winch tray. The tray mounts directly to the frame, holds most medium frame 8,000 to 12,000 lb winches up to 10.25in tall, and was tested to a minimum straight line pull of 16,500 lbs. Mount kit and hardware are included. Bolt it on and the winch is ready for the next recovery.

Notes

  • Fits winches with a 7in motor length. Excludes vehicles with a modular front bumper.
  • Factory tow hooks cannot be reused. Requires minor trimming of the tow hook pockets.
  • Requires trimming or removing the air dam/bumper valance, and removing the electric air dam/bumper valance.
  • Will interfere with adaptive cruise (speed) control, the camera, parking sensors and forward collision warning systems that feature grille mounted laser control sensors if equipped.
  • Not compatible with the optional 6in and 10in HDX Flush Mount B-Force LED Mount Kits, parts 57-0025 and 57-0035.
