The DV8 Offroad spare tire delete covers that hole and cleans up the tailgate. It integrates the factory third brake light and license plate light, relocates the OEM backup camera with full function, and includes a license plate mount and a pod light mount for supplemental rear lighting. Hardware is included. Allow about 2 hours.
