The TeraFlex HD steering kit pairs heavy-duty tie rods that are 2.4x stronger than the factory components with a precision-fit bronze rack support bushing. The tie rods use forged steel outer ends and chromoly studs, with metal joints that can be greased without disassembly. The kit is designed to fail at the tie rod before it damages the rack. It adds 2.7in of wheel travel and a 24.5 degree steering angle boost.
Install the tie rods and bushing, grease the joints, and the Bronco steers tighter and protects the rack.
