A Badlands Bronco already has the suspension to go off the pavement, but the stock tire size limits where it can go. The Zone Offroad 3.5 in Adventure Series kit is made for Badlands models without the Sasquatch package. It lifts the front 3.5 inches and the rear 2.5 inches with 2-piece strut spacers and Adventure Pro Series upper control arms, building on the factory suspension geometry to keep ride quality and handling. The kit adds clearance for 35 to 37 inch tires and includes the hardware. Plan three to four hours in the garage, then head out on bigger rubber.

• Tire fitment: a 37 x 12.50 tire works at ride height but contacts the front body mount and possibly the rear inner fender through wheel travel and full steering lock; those areas must be addressed if running that size with full suspension travel.
• The CV axle nut may need to be loosened and tightened on the ground with the weight of the vehicle.
