The DV8 Offroad bed mount carries a spare on an adjustable steel frame with an inside width between 7 and 14 in, and it fits tires up to 40 x 13.5 in. Side molle panels and four integrated L-track mounts hold accessories, and an included mount takes a Rotopax pack. A 3-point tire strap is included. It can carry bikes as well as spares.
Set the width, strap the tire down and load the rest around it.
