Dodge Ram 2500 Power Wagon 2008, BDS 4in Lift Kit, Short Arm Info & Specs

A stock Power Wagon already sits high, but 36 inch tires still rub, and a lift done halfway leaves the axle off center and the steering pulling. The BDS short arm kit raises the 2008 Ram 2500 Power Wagon 4 inches and corrects the geometry that comes with it. New lower control arms are longer than stock to rotate the axle back into alignment, a relocation bracket flattens the upper arm angle to keep factory handling, and a forged drop pitman arm with a track bar drop bracket recenters the front axle and keeps the steering in phase. Choose rear lift blocks or new 5 in leaf springs, match the block to your rear axle tube, and pick NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 shocks.

Notes

  • Rear axle tube: choose 3.5 in or 4 in to match your rear axle tube diameter. The leaf spring kit is built for the 3.5 in axle tube.
  • The leaf spring option replaces the rear blocks with a pair of BDS 5 in rear leaf springs and u-bolts.
