A backlit pod mounted at the rear can double as a reverse light if it has a way to see the vehicle's signals. This harness connects Diode Dynamics LED pods that have backlight functionality to the trailer hitch wiring. Paired with a white main beam and red backlight pod, it runs the pod as a red accent light with the taillights and switches to a high-power backup light when the vehicle is in reverse.
