The Westin Pro-e Electric Running Boards drop down when any door opens and fold back against the body when it shuts. Two IP68 rated waterproof motors per side power them, LED lights show the 6in wide aluminum step, and each side supports 300 lbs. Vehicle-specific brackets and hardware are in the box, and the install needs no drilling. The step is there when the door opens.
