A Silverado or Sierra extended cab sits high enough that the first step is a stretch, and the rocker panel takes the abuse when nothing else is there. Westin R5 Nerf Step Bars mount along the rocker panel in a 77in length with a rectangular tube and a 5in wide polymer step pad. The bars are aluminum with a textured black powder coat. The included mount kit attaches the bars to the rocker panel with no drilling required. The brackets hide behind a triangular internal board design. Boots land on a wide pad instead of the sill, and entry stops being an awkward reach.
