This Bulldog Winch rope shackle is made of HMPE, the same material as synthetic winch rope, with an abrasion resistant woven protective cover and reflective material for night visibility. It is 10mm (5/16 in) in diameter, 26 in long with an 8 in loop, and rated 30,000 lb breaking strength. It floats.

Pass the knotted end through the loop around the anchor and connect.
