A good light bar needs wiring that can carry the load. A thin harness, a weak relay or a leaking connector turns a bright bar into a fire risk.

The ARB AR40 Wiring Loom is made for the Intensity AR40 series LED light bars and carries up to 240 watts on a single lead. It includes a surface mount switch with an LED indicator, a heavy-duty 30 amp relay and fuse, and a waterproof Deutsch plug connection.
