Jeep Wrangler JK/JL AEV 10 Gallon Fuel Caddy Info & Specs

The AEV Fuel Caddy can seamlessly store 10 gallons of fuel temporarily by integrating with the AEV Tire Carrier and taking advantage of the unused space both behind and inside the wheel of the spare tire. The Fuel Caddy is protected from the impact of the terrain due to it’s high mounting position, which in return makes it ideally suited for gravity fed deployment into the main tank. Made of tough cross-link polyethylene, the same materials as many factory fuel tanks. A fully vented, OE-quality cap means drastic changes in elevation are no problem and makes filling up fast. A built-in step allows for easy access to roof racks. Will accommodate up to a 37” tire.

"This addition works Great,I purchased it for two reasons,I had to move a trailer thru California and as you know the price of gas is thru the roof.The second reason was because I live in Canada near a border town close to Lynden and the price of gas in BC is also nutty.There is a big push to eliminate gas vehicles up here and they are trying to tax us out of the market by adding carbon taxes to gas.So I pop across the border and fill up ,this AEV tank extends the time required between fills and allows me to enjoy a Jeep something I put off owning till I retired.I guess a third reason is I have extended mileage when wheeling backcountry trips.I am really happy with this purchase"
