Tire Repair Kits

Tire plug kits for fixing punctures on the trail. Kits come from ARB (Speedy Seal II), Overland Vehicle Systems (53-piece with storage box), Borne Off-Road (69-piece), Synergy Manufacturing, Bulldog Winch (35-piece compact) and Rugged Ridge (25 plugs with carry case).

A plug kit seals tread punctures using a reamer and insertion tool; it does not repair sidewall damage, which needs the spare. Carry an air compressor to re-inflate after plugging and a gauge to check pressure before driving on. Larger kits add more plugs and tools for repeat repairs on long trips.
