The TeraFlex Alpha HD Hinged Spare Tire Carrier uses the factory tailgate hinge points to spread the load, and internal gussets and bracing in the JL body support the carrier and tire, which removes stress from the tailgate. The adjustable 6061-T6 aluminum carrier opens the rear cargo area in one motion. The Alpha HD Adjustable Spare Tire Mount adds vertical and fore and aft adjustment, a quick-release third brake light mount and a billet aluminum camera mount. Bolt it on, mount a tire up to 40in, and the spare rides secure.

Key Features

Uses the factory tailgate hinge mounting points to spread the load of the spare tire over a larger area

One-piece forged steel hinge ties the top and bottom factory hinge locations together

Internal body gussets and bracing support the carrier and tire, eliminating stress from the tailgate

Additional mounting points for off-road accessories such as a recovery jack and fluid containers

Adjustable carrier built from lightweight 6061-T6 extruded aluminum

Adjustable tire mount with vertical and fore and aft adjustment, quick-release third brake light mount and billet aluminum rearview camera mount

Provides easy access to the rear cargo area in one smooth action

Specifications

Max tire size: 40in

Wheel pattern: 5x5

Fitment

Jeep Wrangler JL 2018-2026 (2-door and 4-door)

In the Box

Alpha HD Hinged Spare Tire Carrier Kit (4838900): Alpha HD hinged spare tire carrier and all necessary hardware

Alpha HD Adjustable Spare Tire Mount Kit, 5x5 (4838910): adjustable spare tire mount, quick-release third brake light mount, billet aluminum rearview camera mount, and all necessary hardware

MPN 4838920 · UPC 843885054610

https://trailrecon.com/products/jeep-wrangler-jl-teraflex-alpha-hd-hinged-spare-tire-carrier-and-adjustable-spare-tire-mount-kit
