A heavy tire can twist the tub and tailgate over time.

The Body Armor 4x4 Reinforced Tire Carrier is cast aluminum with a reinforced hinge plate that adds rigidity and strength to the tub and body. It holds a tire up to 37in, keeps the single-action opening of the tailgate, and retains the factory backup camera. Protective gaskets guard the finish, and a third brake light mount is included.

No drilling is required. It works with aftermarket and OE bumpers.

Key Features

Strong cast aluminum construction

Reinforced hinge plate adds rigidity and strength to the tub and body

Retains single-action opening and closing of the tailgate

Mounts up to a 37in tire

Third brake light mount included

Retains the factory backup camera; no drilling required

Protective gaskets included

Specifications

Maximum tire size: 37in

Material: cast aluminum

Position: rear

Color: black

Shipping weight: 49.61 lb

Shipping carton: 18.124 x 5.91 x 27.58 in

Fitment

Jeep Wrangler JL 2018-2027

Works with aftermarket and OE bumpers.

In the Box

Reinforced tire carrier

Protective gaskets

Third brake light mount

Warranty

3-year finish warranty and limited lifetime warranty.

MPN JL-5290 · UPC 729419160340
