Many Wrangler and Gladiator owners run 35 or 37 in tires, drive to work and hit trails on weekends. The Notorious is a mid-width aluminum flare for that mix. It is 0.190 in 5052 aluminum, TIG welded and formed to the body, and it bolts on through the factory hole locations in two to three hours.

Key Features

Mid-width flare between the factory flare and the narrower Crawler

CNC cut from 0.190 in 5052 aluminum, formed on custom tooling and fully TIG welded

Nut inserts through factory hole locations, drilled to size during install

Works with most aftermarket sliders

Powder coat ready; offered bare, semi-gloss black or textured black

Sold as a pair with installation hardware

Specifications

Material: 0.190 in 5052 aluminum

Series: Notorious

Quantity: Pair

Install time: 2 to 3 hours

Fitment

Jeep Wrangler JL 2018-2026 (2-door and 4-door)

Jeep Gladiator JT 2020-2026

Notes

Requires body trimming for additional clearance

Tools: drill, nut insert tool and basic hand tools

For tires 40 in or larger, Nemesis Industries offers the Notorious Ultimate Clearance Highline flare

Installation Instructions

Install guide (PDF)

MPN 145400 (Bare)

MPN 145401 (Semi-Gloss Black Powder Coat (Cardinal BK-08))

MPN 145402 (Textured Black Powder Coat (Cardinal BK-59))

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0744/2808/8631/files/jljlujt-notorious-front-flare-9019386.jpg?v=1793847109
https://trailrecon.com/products/jeep-wrangler-jl-and-gladiator-jt-nemesis-industries-notorious-front-flare
