jeep-wrangler-jk-westin-wj2-rear-bumper-with-tire-carrier
Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2018, Westin WJ2 Rear Bumper with Tire Carrier

Carrying a full size spare on a JK means a carrier that holds up to the weight and still lets the tailgate open. The Westin WJ2 Rear Bumper with Tire Carrier pairs a 3/16-inch plate steel bumper with an 8 gauge carrier. The carrier opens and closes with the tailgate and works with or without factory or Westin hitches. Tapered roller bearings and 2 turnbuckle heim links add rigidity, and the bolt-on spindle lets the carrier be adjusted apart from the bumper. Shackle mounts, light mounts and a license plate locator come with it. Bolt it on, set the spare, and the back of the Jeep is ready for the trail.

Key Features

3/16-inch plate steel construction

Designed to work with factory or Westin hitches

Integrated recovery shackle mount points

Auxiliary light and rock light mount points

2 off-road jack points

8 gauge tire carrier that opens and closes with the tailgate

Tapered roller bearings and 2 turnbuckle heim links for carrier rigidity

Bolt-on spindle lets the carrier be adjusted separately from the bumper

Bottom frame mount

Includes license plate locator, trailer plug, fender gap transition plates and camera back-up relocator

Specifications

Material: Steel

Plate thickness: 3/16 inch

Finish: Textured black powder coat

Tire carrier: Yes, 8 gauge

Fitment

Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2018 (minor drilling required for 2007-2012)

Position: rear.
