A body mount carrier moves the spare onto the tailgate hinge side.

The Freedom Series carrier replaces the limited factory tailgate hinges and supports up to a 37in spare plus accessories. Bronze oil lite bushings and 1/2in pins sit in 1/4in thick steel hinge side brackets. The tailgate still opens and closes with the factory handle, and the carrier works with virtually all aftermarket rear bumpers as well as the factory bumper.

Bolt it on with the included hardware, with no cutting, drilling or welding, set the spare mount for clearance and visibility, and go.

Key Features

Supports up to a 37in spare tire plus accessories

100% bolt-on design, zero drilling or cutting

Powder coat and all hardware included

Bronze oil lite bushings and 1/2in pins

1/4in thick steel hinge side mounting brackets

Adjustable spare tire mount for clearance and visibility

Hi-Lift jack mount included

CB antenna mount included

Works with virtually all aftermarket rear bumpers as well as the factory bumper

Specifications

Spare tire capacity: up to 37in

Weight: 50 lb

Origin: Made in the USA

Finish: black powder coat

Shipping weight: 55 lb

Shipping carton: 35 x 25 x 12 in

Fitment

Jeep Wrangler JK 2007-2018

In the Box

Tire carrier

Hardware

Hi-Lift jack mount

CB antenna mount

MPN RH-5050

https://trailrecon.com/products/jeep-wrangler-jk-rock-hard-4x4-freedom-series-body-mount-tire-carrier
