A custom light setup also means finding brackets, wiring and covers.

This Baja Designs kit mounts six XL Sport lights on the front bumper of a Ford Bronco with the OE plastic bumper, which avoids hood glare. It produces 18,972 total lumens across multiple lens patterns, illuminating lighting zones 1, 2, 3 and 4 together. The XL Linkable system adds 45 degrees of vertical pitch adjustment, and each light adjusts horizontally on its own to set an arc or a straight line to match the Bronco.

Fit the vehicle-specific mounts, link the lights, set the aim and connect the upfitter harness. Wiring is fully crimped and trimmed, and six black rock guards protect the lights when not in use.

Key Features

Six XL Sport lights with links, vehicle-specific mounts and preload support bracket

18,972 total lumens across multiple lens patterns

45 degrees of vertical pitch adjustment; independent horizontal adjustment per light

Bumper mount avoids hood glare

Wiring fully crimped and trimmed

Six black rock guards included

IP69K rated (waterproof, submersible to 9 ft), IK10 compliant, tested to exceed MIL-STD810G

Built-in overvoltage protection

Specifications

Lumens: 18,972 total (24 LEDs)

Power: 156 W / 12 A

LED life expectancy: 49,930 hours

Lens: hard coated polycarbonate; housing: powder coated cast aluminum; bezel: billet machined aluminum

Hardware and brackets: stainless steel

Wiring: upfitter harness

Shipping weight: 20 lb

Shipping carton: 40 x 10 x 10 in

Fitment

Ford Bronco 6th Gen 2021-2026 with OE plastic bumper (does not fit Bronco Sport)

This light bar may interfere with a portion of the viewing window on vehicles equipped with a front-facing camera.

In the Box

2 XL Sport Spot LED lights

2 XL Sport Driving/Combo LED lights

2 XL Sport Wide Cornering LED lights

6 XL Sport rock guards

Links, preload kit and vehicle-specific mounts

Upfitter wiring harness

Warranty

Limited lifetime warranty. 30-day money back satisfaction guarantee.

MPN 447768UP · UPC 810031744121

https://trailrecon.com/products/ford-bronco-6th-gen-baja-designs-xl-sport-linkable-6-light-bumper-kit-oe-plastic-bumper-upfitter-wiring
