If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email to [email protected] explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.


If the item you ordered was in stock at the time you placed your order, chances are you will not be able to cancel your order after you've placed it. Our system sends that order immediately to ship. If your order isn't in stock and hasn't shipped, please email TrailRecon at [email protected]Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled, and you will need to begin our RMA process by emailing [email protected] to have the item returned. NO CANCELLATIONS of Road Armor products after 48 hours of order being placed. 


Since we are a Master Warehouse Distributor we carry a huge amount of inventory. Sometimes, however, an item will be in short supply. 


If you have a coupon, you may redeem it in your shopping cart. Simply enter the coupon code and hit "Apply". You will see the discount amount deducted from your total amount on qualified item(s). All coupons require a minimum $100 purchase.

A. Yes. TrailRecon uses a PCI compliant server to host our online store. We utilize sage payment services and encrypt the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

Q. Do you ship to a PO Box or APO?

A. We DO NOT ship orders to a PO Box or APO address.

Q. Is shipping really free?

A. For orders over $70 in the contiguous US lower 48 states (Excluding Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands), shipping via ground shipping is FREE!!! Free truck freight shipping is to the closest Terminal. There is an extra charge for delivery to your residence. For orders outside the lower 48 states please call us (800) 300-6715.

Q. Do you provide insurance on packages you ship?

A. Yes! At checkout, you are given an option to add package insurance. If your package is lost or stolen we will get you taken care of.

Q. Do you ship same day?

A. We offer expedited shipping for an additional cost. Orders received before 12:00 (Noon) Pacific Time will ship the same business day on in-stock items. Out of stock products will ship as soon as they become available.

Q. Does TrailRecon stock parts or drop ship?

A. Both. 


Q. Do you price match?

A. If you find a lower price before purchasing through TrailRecon, please email us at [email protected] for more information about price matching. TrailRecon will do its best to price match, which includes the price of the item(s) plus shipping cost. TrailRecon reserves the right to refuse price matching at any time.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. All returns require prior authorization. TrailRecon will only accept new, unopened items for return. We are unable to accept ANY electrical item, including lights for return, NO EXCEPTIONS. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from TrailRecon within SEVEN (7) Days of receiving your merchandise in order to receive a cash refund. Any return after SEVEN (7) days will be eligible for an in-store credit. No return received after 30 days will be accepted.
